Use of Personal Information
We may use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate
and improve KYB Co. technology and services. When we need your personal information
for a different reason, we will ask you for permission beforehand. You may refuse
this request at your discretion.
Non-disclosure of private information to third parties
KYB Official Image Gallery does not publish, transfer or rent your personal
information to third parties.
However, we may disclose that information under certain limited circumstances:
- When there is agreement from the customer.
- To answer a customer inquiry, we need to
tell the customer's information to affiliated companies and agencies.
- For the enforcement of the purpose that we stated clearly
to a customer, we need to disclose the customer's information to a business
trust company and/or cooperative enterprise which has a private data retention
policy.
- When that private information is processed to produce
statistical data. The produced statistical data will not be able to identify
customers.
- When there is imminent danger to the person's life,
or injury to the person, or damage to the person's property etc, or there
is an emergency which necessitates disclosure of the information.
- When disclosure
of the private information which is based on law was required.
About the revision of Privacy Policy
KYB Official Image Gallery may revise the Privacy Policy.
When there is an important modification, we will announce the change clearly
on this site.
